We successfully converted the cutting system of Pasaban plate cutting system with a new cutting system from world-renowned cutting plotter developer Maxcess Tidland.
Our new system has more reliable blades, a streamlined and simple design, less downtime and a more accurate cut. In order to maintain the cutting quality, we set up the new high-precision cutting system. It also has a better cutting angle, reducing dust formation and resulting in a better quality end product. Compared to the system installed by the old matrix the error ratio has been reduced by 90% by our system.

Following the successful replacement of the Pasaban plate Slitter-cutting system with the Maxcess Tidland cutting knife at BGPPL Bhigwan, we have been awarded two additional similar projects from BGPPL, one at the Bhigwan Unit and another at the Ballarpur unit.
